140g | butter, softened |
225g | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 | eggs |
2 tsp | coffee granules |
210g | dark chocolate |
1 pinch | salt |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
75g | flour |
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Break chocolate into bits, melt it and let it cool slightly.
3. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy, then mix in the eggs.
4. Dissolve coffee granules in 1 tbsp warm water. Mix coffee and chocolate into the butter.
5. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
6. Line a baking tray or cake tin (26cm diameter) and spread out the dough.
7. Bake at 200°C until the brownies start to firm up around the edges.
