Pasta with mushrooms and parsley

250g pasta e.g. penne
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
300g mushrooms e.g. champignons
50g parmesan, grated
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
to taste salt, pepper

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Finely dice onions and saute in olive oil until translucent. Dice mushrooms and add to the onions, cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add parmesan and parsley to the mushrooms, season to taste and mix with pasta.
