Pasta Caprese

250g pasta e.g. penne
4 tomatoes
150g mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp dried herbs
1 handfull fresh basil leaves, chopped
to taste salt, pepper

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Dice tomatoes and mozzarella.
3. Finely chop garlic and mix with oil, vinegar, herbs and season with salt and pepper.
4. When the pasta is done, drain and mix with tomatoes, mozzarella and dressing. Serve warm or chill for a few hours.
