Pasta with red pepper sauce

250g pasta
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
to taste chili powder, salt, pepper
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp creme fraiche
2 tbsp chives, chopped

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Cut pepper and onion into fine stripes and saute in olive oil for a few minutes. Add paprika, chili and enough pasta water to keep it from sticking to the pot. Cook until tender.
3. Add cream cheese, creme fraiche and chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
