Pasta with salmon and peas

250g pasta
1 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 clove garlic
150g peas, frozen
100ml milk
100ml cream
1 tbsp cornstarch
200g salmon filet, fresh or thawed from frozen
1 handful dill, finely chopped

1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Finely dice onions and garlic and saute in butter until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add frozen peas and cook for 2min. Mix cream, milk and cornstarch, add it to the peas and bring it to the boil.
4. Dice salmon and add it to the sauce and allow it to cook for 2min before taking it off the heat. Mix in dill and serve with pasta.
