Spaghetti Bolognese

2 units onion
500g ground beef
2 tbsp any oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbspn salt
1 jar tomato; pre-made bologenese sauce
50g pasta (single serving)

1. Peel onios and chop your two onions into smaller pieces. * PRO TIP: avoid cutting the root until the end, this is the bit that makes you cry!
2. Set out the 50g of pasta.
3. Fill your pan with water, have it 1cm above covering your pasta, put to boil.
3. Put second pan to heat, low temperature.
4. Add tablepoons of oil to pan, allow to warm up.
5. Add onions, raise heat to medium, stir every minute.
6. Grate or Chop onion cloves into smaller pieces.
7. After onions start to change colour, add ground meat, stir to mix with onion.
8. If you water has started to boil, add salt, then add pasta, time 10-12 minutes.
9. Once the meat has started to gain colour, add garlic and salt.
10. Stir to ensure all contents are cooked through. 11. Taste and try your pasta. If it is too hard let it cook for longer.
12. Add your sauce to the meat mix, let it warm and cook.
13. Once your pasta is finished, use colander to pour hot water on the sink.
14. Add the sauce to the meat and onion pan 15. After warmed, serve!
